Small - Maximum  30cm wide x 20cm high(Whichever comes first)

Medium - Maximum  40cm wide x 25cm high (Whichever comes first)

Large - Maximum  50cm wide x 30cm high (Whichever comes first)

XLarge - Maximum  59cm wide X 35 cm high (Whichever comes first)

Please note: special characters vary by name. If you select ‘special characters’ there will usually be one or two decorative letters in your name. Not all characters have decorative letters, discretion is used when designing your name and if no suitable characters are available you will received the normal font.

Should you wish to see a black and white design proof please leave a note at the checkout. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ)

Longer names will naturally result in a smaller font, and shorter names may not reach their full length before they reach their maximum height. Please email us if you wish to receive the exact dimensions for your name.

Our plaques don’t come affixed with hooks, we recommend using Command 3M Strips to secure to your wall or door. Please always follow the directions on the label of these products. Do not use Command 3M Strips on top of decals or wallpaper. If you wish to secure your sign on top of wallpaper we suggest requesting holes in your sign for you to secure with screws. 

If you are ordering more than one name, and require the names to be proportionate, please leave a note at the checkout.

Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging. Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time.

Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to hello@letterly.com.au Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging. 

Avoid excess moisture, including the use of humidifiers and vapourisers and chemical cleaners. This may cause damage to acrylic.

Please keep in mind that not all screens are created equal, so the colour you see on your screen, may vary slightly from the final product. There may also be slight variances in acrylic colour at times, which are out of our control, due to the acrylic manufacturing process.
