Order Turnaround Times

At Letterly Australia we are known for producing high quality acrylic signs for your little (& big) ones spaces! Every single acrylic name sign we make is made to order, and always hand made in our studio on the Gold Coast, Australia! 

During sales & in high traffic seasons, our production times can become extended due to the level of orders we receive & custom nature of our products. Please allow up to 6 weeks for acrylic names to be made during theses times only (currently extended due to the holiday season).

Our current turn around times on orders placed after 16.4.24 are:

Acrylic Names - Up to 6 weeks to be made and shipped

Hardwood Names - Up to 6 weeks to be made and shipped.

LED Neon signs - Up to 2 weeks to be made and shipped.

Our Hardwood names are made in collaboration with Woodyoubuy in their Sydney workshop, and our LED neon signs are made by our skilled production partners based in China.

If your order needs to be shipped separately, we will ship each piece as it has been made.

These turn around times can change daily depending on orders received. From time to time we can experience supply chain issues behind the scenes and this can affect these times without warning. Full priced orders will always be prioritised.

Please know that we will always ship your order as soon as we possibly can!
