SIZING INFORMATION

Small - Maximum  30cm wide x 20cm high (Whichever comes first)
Medium - Maximum  40cm wide x 20cm high (Whichever comes first) - comes in 2 pieces
Large - Maximum  50cm wide x 25cm high (Whichever comes first) - comes in 2-3 pieces
XLarge - Maximum  59cm wide X 25 cm high (Whichever comes first)

Please note -> Your name or word is scaled to whichever dimension is reached first. This means the more letters in your name, the shorter the tag will appear. While fewer letters will result in a taller tag. Different fonts will also vary the final dimensions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-> Please keep in mind that this product is made from an environmentally friendly, plant-based plastic. While our bag tags are designed to be sturdy for normal everyday use, they are not indestructible. If subjected to extreme force, damage or high heat, the product may warp or break.

-> Longer names will naturally result in a smaller font, and shorter names may not reach their full length before they reach their maximum height. Please email us if you wish  to receive the exact dimensions for your name.

-> Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging. Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time.

-> Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to hello@letterly.com.au. Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging. By removing then item from its protective coating you are accepting that it is in good condition and without damage.
-> Please keep in mind that not all screens are created equal, so the colour you see on your screen, may vary slightly from the final product.

*Brittany font is a higher font and therefore often reaches the hight cap before the length. This font is best for longer names.

-> Our plaques don’t come affixed with hooks, we recommend using Command 3M strips or blue-tac to secure to your wall or door. Please always follow the directions on the label of these products.

-> If you are ordering more than one name, and require the names to be proportionate, please leave a note at the checkout.
