How long will it take to make my other?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your neon name to be made and delivered.  

What is it made of?
Our LED neon names are made from high-quality LED neon flex backed with a transparent acrylic board cut to the shape of your name.

How is it powered?
Simply plug into a power point and light up your space and use the dimmer remote provided to adjust the level of your lighting.

Does it come with a dimmer remote?
Our LED neon name signs come as standard with an AAA Battery powered remote control dimmer. 

How do I hang it?
Our LED Neon names come with a mounting kit as standard. You will need to drill holes into your walls to use this mounting method. Alternatively simply use Command 3M Velcro Strips, ensuring you carefully follow the instructions on the packet.

Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging. Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time.

Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to hello@letterly.com.au. Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging. By removing then item from its protective coating you are accepting that it is in good condition and without damage.
