IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our plaques don’t come affixed with hooks, we recommend using Command 3M strips to secure to your wall or door. Please always follow the directions on the label of these products.

If you are ordering more than one name, and require the names to be proportionate, please leave a note at the checkout.

Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging. Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time. Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to hello@blondnoir.com. Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging. By removing then item from its protective coating you are accepting that it is in good condition and without damage.

Our acrylic names are custom & handmade. Please allow for variances in pieces & at times variations in media. The acrylic is machine cut and variations in cut lines is normal and part of the beauty of the handmade process.

Please keep in mind that not all screens are created equal, so the colour you see on your screen, may vary slightly from the final product.
